Home Buyers and Buyer’s Agents love the way we set expectations and talk through the issues we find and relate to them the level of concern they should have about any issue. There are defects in every home. Even if the home we inspect is brand new, RPM will find defects. We have yet to find a home that is perfect in every way. CarpeThere are defects in every single home. Some are common, some are exceptional, some require remediation, some are simply cosmetic. Some affect health, safety or comfort. Some items should simply be considered part of the ongoing cost of home ownership. Sometimes buyers should run away from a house screaming.
